QUT is appreciative of donations and sponsorships provided by individuals, alumni
and organisations. In an effort to ensure donors are satisfied with the management
of the funding they provide, the Development Office has implemented a stringent
reporting and review process.
Donors of significant gifts can expect to be provided with annual reports on
the progress of the project/people they are supporting as well as financial
statements outlining the status of the project and the funding projections from
year to year.
Representatives from the Development Office and the relevant faculty involved
will regularly meet with donors to review the nature of the gift and determine
methods of enhancing their relationship with the University.
